My 3DCG Facts: Fumika Okouchi

1- She is the 39th OC Created when i started on my stories and for the infinite time, yes, my inspiration for Fumika was based on DC's Zatanna.

2- Fumika is actually Saori Uemoto's (Shiori's deceased mother) best magician student as Fumika can conjure any spells without using her mouth, but to Fumika that is not so magician like so she uses it in emergencies

3- Unlike most villains on my site, Fumika's goals are basically on her gaining recognition on the world even if it's by the wrong path.

4- She is the one who created the magical move: RESTRAINDUZ and she has a more powerful version MAXIMUZ RESTRAINDUZ which it hasn't been shown in any story or other artist's works (It has been shown on my DA bro 's story Aliens and Abductions Part 1 and 2 but not to her full extend).

5- She has become one of the most popular villains on my site which has made her have tons of people asking her for a date.

6- Till this day she still thinks that Shiori and Loli Mask aren't the same person, which if you all think about it, there has never been a single pic of both Fumika and Shiori together on a scene or interaction together (And the christmas special doesn't count). And yes, i'm preparing 
something for that.

7- She hates high heel footwear wearing them very rarely

8- She was actually an orphan and has a secret relation to the magician that looks like her in the past (On both Vivian's and Selena's time period)

9- Till now Fumika has gather powers from different people in the course of stories. From Cupid Power to Nina's Knight Armor power making her stronger each passing time, making her obviously the leader of her own group of villains called The Vixens (which the name Vixen was in homage to a female group called Vixen). Though villains in their own way, Fumika and her group are consider to be anti-heroines as they sometimes help for the good cause against the Black Viper Syndicate.

10- While not explicit in any stories but her debut story on Abducted Trip it was known that Fumika and her master Saori had a magic show that everyone loved, but after the death of Saori everything changed.

11- While the group of the Vixens are considered to be troublemakers, for the actual group they consider themselves as family, this is shown between the relationship between Fumika and Mana who are always together, hinted at both characters having a sister like relationship after Mana arrived on earth and as well both characters living together.

12- Fumika is part of a group of villains that team up to cause trouble to a group of heroines calling themselves  sometimes causing trouble to the heroines and encasing them on her own museum called: The Heroine Damsel Museum

13- When it comes to act as an anti-heroine, Fumika has three steps ahead of her plans as her plans consist of doing troublesome things and getting out of it to be the heroines of the day, blaming and leaving all the fault to either The Black Viper Syndicate or Charlotte's Pirate Crew.

14- Fumika had a strong rivalry against Loli Mask in terms of stealing valuables, but since Loli Mask has stepped out of stealing her now rival consist of Charlyn Nocturna, also known as Nightwish competing each other on who is the better thief in terms of stealing jewels or museum artifacts.

15- Karin Ichihara from The Black Viper Syndicate hates Fumika a lot, since Fumika has always stepped on her plans.

16- Whenever one of her fellow Vixens has plans to do some troublemaking they always ask Fumika to conjure or create something for them with magic.
