Penny is a half human half bear girl who lives in the outskirts of neo-japan where the weather is cold and the hills are tall. An intelligent young girl, she is an inventor, but unlike other inventors, scientist or even intelligent characters like Mai, Amy, Sora, Kimberly and even Minori, Penny only focuses on creating inventions that would lead her to the creation of the most delicious fish in the world....she is simple minded. Her nature is docile but don't get her so angry or she will use her human paws to attack and fight, but most of all docile as she is huggable and cuddly. With the desire to find the perfect and most delicious fish in the world, Penny embarks on adventures that would lead her in a bad place and in on the bad time. She loves to shout kuma for an unknown reason and sleeps for 16 hours. More info coming soon.
